Can I stay on track? A food diary.
So I don't think I ate to terribly at the picnic, except the 3 cookies throughout the afternoon. Probably a bad idea overall, but not terrible given what damage I COULD have done during the picnic!
Today's plan: Worked out - WOO!
breakfast corn bran - 130 banana - 140 nonfat yogurt - 80
lunch portabella mushroom - 15 wheat bread - 80 teriyaki sauce - 21 cheddar cheese - 85 carrots - 45 broccoli - 25
dinner black bean burger - 140 snap peas - 35 tomatoes - 35 soymilk - 80 protein powder - 40
random snacks 100 cal muffins - 100 apple - 80 nectarine - 65 cherries - 85
Looking about 1400, I also have popcorn at work (110) if need be. My dinner is the dinner for Monday that didn't get eaten b/c of needing to help my friend, but I can't remember what else was in it besides what I listed here...so having "buffer room" will help.
I'm feeling OK today, fingers crossed that I'll stay on track...I have a TON of food so as long as I keep myself full, esp before I leave to drive home, I should be OK.
